The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) regulates and inspects all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England. This involves giving a quality rating to all care homes: no stars indicates a poor home, 1 star an adequate home, 2 stars a good home and 3 stars an excellent home.
Rodwell Farm is a “good” home with a two star rating.
We are committed to achieving the highest standards of care. The home is registered under ISO 9001:2000 which provides a framework for managing and improving our quality system and this year we have been working towards the Resident-Centered Care Home Standard which involves residents, relatives and staff. In addition we are working towards recognition with the Investors in People award.
